Mike joined CNET to head up the Boston bureau for CNET News back in 1996. He is now department editor for business technology and software covered by News, Reviews, and Download. He came to us from InfoWorld, where in two years he rose from senior writer to bureau chief.
Martin is a senior writer for green tech at CNET's Green Tech blog. He started at CNET News in 2002, covering IT and Web development. Before that, he was executive editor of IT publication InfoWorld.
Caroline is in the New York bureau, where she covers the tech happenings in her home city. She also blogs for Webware and Crave and hosts a weekly Crave video segment. Her pre-CNET resume includes interning at an IT security firm and brewing cappuccinos.
Declan McCullagh, chief political correspondent, senior writer

Jon is the CNET News managing editor, based in the Boston bureau. He's been with CNET since 2000, after a decade in tech journalism at the IDG News Service, PC Week, and an AS/400 magazine. He's also been a soldier and a schoolteacher.
After working more than a dozen years in newspapers, including a seven-year stint at the San Jose Mercury News, Anne migrated north to Portland, Ore. There, she honed her pastry-making skills as an apprentice. She returned to journalism last year, but still misses the free pastries.
