Almost certainly the PARK(ing) Day park with the best views, this one, from the nonprofit Rebuilding Together, promotes the idea of helping disadvantaged city residents repair or rebuild their homes. The park was created in the shadow of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge.
