Summary: I got this deck as I wanted to go hands free in my car but didn't want to have to worry about Blue Tooth headsets. This decks works very well and comes with lots of extras. The included USB port is awesome as you can just connect a USB flash drive with MP3's on it for hours of music. Alternatively, you can stream BT audio to the deck also.

GREAT Headunit. GREAT USB/Bluetooth support

Pros: GREAT sound quality

AWESOME built in bluetooth

USB Support is awesome

MANY options for sound (can also be a negative)

2 AUX in's (3.5mm jack)

Dedicated Subwoofer output

I could go on....

Cons: The sound options are great in one hand, but COULD be confusing for a non audiophile.

Summary: Hands down the best head unit I have ever used. The usb function is amazing, you can load up all of your MP3's on a usb flash drive or with an adapter use an SD card. The bluetooth works wonderfully too, I have had numerous calls on it where the person I am talking to can not tell the difference if I am on my actual headset or talking through the bluetooth of the radio. The sound quality blows the head units in this price range out of the water. Amazing high pass filters/low pass filters, things you wont find on a lot of other head units, most of the time if you want features like this you have to go to an external amplifier. After switching from my prior head unit to this one the sound difference was night and day.

The subs as well as the speakers in my car came to life after switching to this unit. After owning this I will most likely always stick with pioneer units, all the options on this thing really keep you coming back. Buy it! you wont regret it.

Summary: First problem right off the bat is that the manual is on a CD-ROM. If you are one of those people that like to read the manual while you are trying to program the stereo in your car (everyone?), you will need a laptop (or you can print the 100 pg manual on your printer). Seems very cheap route to go for Pioneer. I've had problems programming the bluetooth feature and now the USB IPOD connection does not work (error 19). My friend who installed it has looked at it 3 times now and he'll need to see it again. Just a problem from day one until now. I may have received a defective unit. We'll find out.
